Du fait de sa participation au Plan de Relance mis en place pour venir en aide aux entreprises en 2009, la banque publique d’aide aux PME : Oséo affiche un bilan d’activité en hausse de près de 30% pour l’année dernière : +28% d’entreprises soutenues, +27% de projets encouragés.
Oseo a présenté début février son bilan pour l’année 2009. D’après François Drouin, le PDG de la banque publique d’aide aux PME, 80 000 entreprises auraient bénéficié du soutien d’Oséo l’année dernière, soit 28% de plus qu’en 2008.
Un regain d’activité qui s’explique par son implication dans la bonne marche du Plan de Relance, en plus de son activité traditionnelle. Les 80 000 entreprises qui ont bénéficié de l’intervention d’Oséo ont pu obtenir au total 25 milliards d’euros, dont 13 milliards de la l’organisme de soutien aux PME et 12 milliards investi par les banques et les capitaux-risqueurs qui en sont partenaires.
Au total, c’est autour de 85 000 projets qu’Oséo a soutenu en 2009 (contre environ 67 000 en 2008) :
– Créations : 40 000
– Trésorerie : financement court terme des créances (7 milliards d’euros au titre d’Avance +) pour 6000 entreprises et garantie de trésorerie pour 15 000 autres dans le cadre du plan de relance.
– Investissements 15 000
– Projets innovants : 4000
– Transmissions : 4000
– Projets à l’international : 1000
